The Valencian paella is the most traditional dish of Valencia and one of the most famous ones of Spain. In this activity, we will enjoy the experience of learning how to cook an authentic Valencian Paella step by step, guided by a chef.

We will start at the Central Market, in order to see which are the typical ingredients of the paella. After this, we will go to the place where we will start cooking the paella, always under the supervision of our chef. We will finally end up eating the Paella that we have previously cooked.
